What You’ll Do

As a Client Advisor you will participate and partner with a team in coordinating and providing Signature Select services to our private clients involving a high degree of complexity and responsibility.    

  • Responsible for coordinating account servicing needs during the policy year for Tier 3 accounts in accordance with Signature Select P&C Service Expectations including, ordering and processing endorsements, audits, auto ID cards, invoicing.
  • Coordinate the preparation of new and renewal submissions including gathering information, marketing and/or delivery of submissions to underwriters.
  • Assist in developing sales of new or additional lines of coverage.
  • Coordinate strategy meetings and participate in client account review meetings, marketing meetings and/or trips and client proposal presentations as needed.
  • Responsible for preparing proposal of final coverages and presenting to the client; negotiating coverage and premium issues on new and renewal business.
  • Be accountable for maintaining account files in Agency Management System (Epic)
  • Responsible for resolving coverage and premium discrepancy issues.
  • Develop and maintain proactive communication level with clients. Apprise Producer of any potential issues that may arise.
  • Actively support the team by participating in the completion of all duties required to complete a project and service an account

You Should Have:


  • Two to five years of similar or related experience
  • Education that is equivalent to a college degree (College Degree Preferred)
  • Actively working towards a professional designation programs such as AINS, CISR, AU, CPCU, etc.
  • The ability to interpret insurance documents
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong mathematical abilities and reasoning skills
  • Courtesy, tact and diplomacy as much of the work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization
  • The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Expertise with Excel, rates, ratios, percentages, discounts and commissions
  • Proficiency in computer skills and programs such as Microsoft Office
  • The willingness to complete additional duties and take on additional responsibility as the need arises
