What You’ll Do

The Servicing Account Manager operates within a team environment in coordinating and providing world class services to clients.  Continually seeks ways to improve knowledge and expertise.  Completes duties in accordance with company standards.  Treats clients, company personnel, and associates with respect and courtesy.

 

Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for servicing of accounts, which includes, but is not limited to, policy and endorsement issuance, tax filings and invoicing
  • Services agent customers with policy and coverage questions
  • Coordinates the preparation of quote submissions, including gathering information and participating in strategy and account review meetings
  • Handles policy audits and dispute resolutions
  • Actively supports the team by participating in the completion of all assigned duties required to service accounts

You Should Have:

  • Up to two years of similar or related experience
  • Prefer college graduate, 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Must obtain applicable state P&C and Surplus license
  • Capable of working independently
  • Ability to interact with clients in a professional and positive manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
