What You’ll Do

The Financial and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for tracking, reconciling, and reporting financial data related to program and alternative risk finance for Client Groups and Single Accounts. 


General Job Duties Include:

  • Develop and maintain renewal pro-forma, identify and reconcile accounting differences, and develop and maintain performance reports.
  • Develop loss projections and liability analysis.
  • Prepare premium, exposure and loss exhibits.
  • Perform in-house accounting functions.
  • Develop processes to track and monitor premiums, taxes, expenses, exposures, and claims.
  • Verify and validate data within systems to ensure accuracy of reports produced.
  • Assist the Risk Management Consultant and Data Manager with data requirements and mapping.


You Should Have:

  • Six months to two years of similar experience
  • College degree preferred, experience in lieu of education is accepted.
  • Strong reasoning and math skills, familiarity with accounting transactions, ratios, percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Expert excel skills and ability to learn database functions.
  • Excellent communications skills.
