What You’ll Do

The Receptionist will provide clerical and administrative support for all Kansas City associates.  This position will professionally and efficiently greet and assist visitors and work on administrative projects as assigned.  The Receptionist will direct phone calls and faxes accordingly.

 

Reception Duties Include:

  • Greet and assist all visitors
  • Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately
  • Open office by 8:00am each day and ensure reception area is clean and orderly
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for all Kansas City associates, including print jobs, spreadsheets, proposal assembly, etc. 
  • Maintain appropriate inventories of office and kitchen supplies 
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
  • Coordinate setup and services for conference rooms

 

You Should Have:

Requirements:

  • Six month to two years of similar experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter capable of performing work independently 
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be flexible
