What You’ll Do

  • Strategic coordination of program management and service teams.
  • In consultation with the Program Manager, provide support services for administrative aspects of the program, including underwriting and reinsurance, to corporate management activities.
  • Act as trusted liaison to program client and handle ongoing technical questions.
  • Provide governance consulting services, as needed.
  • Preparation and presentation of overall program management and performance reports, as needed, including accountability for preparation of board and governance reports inclusive to budget planning
  • Accountability for and management of the program renewal timeline, and/or feasibility and formation timeline.
  • Maintenance of file and document storage for Client Group Program.
  • Management of special projects.
  • Other support of the unit including activities required to complete a project, monitoring insurance legislation, research via Silverplume, FC&S Bulletins, Insurance Department, and Claims Systems, etc.
  • Continuing education as needed to maintain insurance license.

You Should Have:

  • Two years to five years of similar or related experience
  • Minimum of a two-year college degree preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting transactions, ratios, percentages, discounts and commissions
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Property and casualty license required for applicable state
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database functions
  • Some travel required
