What You’ll Do

The Communications Intern will work with the Communications and Marketing Team on a variety of projects.  This is a part-time, paid internship with flexible hours. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a dynamic team, who can work independently, and who wants to own the creative process. This role will focus on internal communications throughout our organization. General duties include: 


  • Drafting internal, company-wide communications such as newsletters, recognition notifications, and industry updates.
  • Meeting with leadership and teams throughout the organization to collect information and determine content of communications.
  • Contributing to social media and external communication channels. 
  • Collaborating with department leads on marketing projects and collateral creation.
  • Assist with general administrative duties for the team.

You Should Have:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or similar. 
  • Previously internship or job experience in a related field is appreciated but not required. 
  • Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to demonstrate examples of written work.
  • The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to work through projects to completion.
  • A high degree of tact and diplomacy with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other programs.
  • The willingness to complete additional duties and take on additional responsibilities as the need arises.
