The HR Business Partner provides leadership and partnership to Denver management and employees to deliver a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and programs, which are aligned with IMA’s strategic, financial and talent goals. This role takes ownership and accountability for key business departments and provides data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to compensation, organizational structures, retention, promotions, and other employee-related activities. The HRBP is a constant champion for IMA’s culture and core values.
