    What You’ll Do

    • In conjunction with Account Executive, develop a service plan tailored to client's needs.
    • Maintain client contact and coordinate, the various servicing needs during the policy year, and develop marketing strategy for renewals with the service team.
    • Develop opportunities for new commercial accounts which meet the IMA criteria for a "Quality Client". Develop marketing strategy for new prospects and maintain accountability for production goals.
    • Coordinate with the Account Executive in gathering all information required to properly complete a Red Book to enable the service team to generate an IMA submission for the underwriters.
    • Review proposals which are prepared by the service team to ensure that they are correct and reflect accurate information. Make proposal presentation to the client.
    • Develop cross sell opportunities on all lines of coverage and services Property and Casualty, Employee Benefits, Surety, Risk Control, Human Resources, Claims and Risk Management.

    You Should Have:

    • Minimum of two years experience in a sales role within a P&C organization.
    • Proven capabilities in prospecting, relationship building, and closing.
    • A passion for helping clients succeed through IMA's values and service model.
