The Retirement Plan Manager works directly with IMA Wealth clients and retirement plan participants in providing ongoing service and support for our clients as well as developing and conducting group education and enrollment sessions for retirement plan participants. This person is highly motivated and will be assigned special projects both individually and as part of a team that utilize their expertise in the field of investments and defined contribution plans. By providing high level client services in an effective and professional manner, not only will IMA Wealth increase both client retention and participation rates, but our sales representatives will also be able to focus more time on securing new clients.
