    What You’ll Do

    The Retirement Plan Manager works directly with IMA Wealth clients and retirement plan participants in providing ongoing service and support for our clients as well as developing and conducting group education and enrollment sessions for retirement plan participants. This person is highly motivated and will be assigned special projects both individually and as part of a team that utilize their expertise in the field of investments and defined contribution plans.  By providing high level client services in an effective and professional manner, not only will IMA Wealth increase both client retention and participation rates, but our sales representatives will also be able to focus more time on securing new clients.

    • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high degree of satisfaction; respond to requests for assistance and serve as liaison with providers as needed to ensure all client needs are met and problems are resolved. Document client contact and issues handled on their behalf on CRM system.
    • Schedule, prepare and conduct group employee education and enrollment meetings.
    • Schedule and conduct client plan review meetings, and preparing the reports to be distributed at these meetings.
    • Assist sales staff with successful acquisition and transition of new client relationships.
    • Special projects as assigned.

    You Should Have:

     

    • 5 - 10 years of similar experience in client services within retirement planning or investment services industries.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
    • FINRA Series 7, 63 and either 65 or 66 exams, as well as Life Insurance Licenses required.
    • Ability to develop and maintain network of professional sources for business referrals
    • Strong written and oral communication skills with proven presentation capabilities. 
    • The ability to travel as required.
