    What You’ll Do

    Assists a unit, consisting of multiple Account Executives, Account Analysts and Account Managers, in coordinating and providing IMA services to our clients.  Continually seeks ways to improve knowledge and expertise through education including self-study, courses and project work.  Completes all duties and readily assists clients in accordance with IMA standards.  Treats clients, company personnel, and associates with respect and courtesy.

     

    Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • TECHNOLOGY: Ensures Agency Management Systems are kept up to date for full unit as requested.  Processes enrollments for clients as requested.  Ensures deadlines are met.
    • SERVICE: With guidance, assists unit to help support clients, vendors and associates to solve issues relating to Employee Benefit programs.  Provides superior customer service to all external and internal clients with guidance.
    • RENEWAL PROCESS/PLAN IMPLEMENTATION: Assists team in coordinating renewal and enrollment process.  Ensures follow-through on all processes as requested to be performed by unit and/or manager.

    This is a 25-30 hour/week position. 

    You Should Have:

    • Up to 6 months of similar or related experience
    • Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
    • Ability to be firm and persuasive when needed, while maintaining good relationships
    • High degree of courtesy, diplomacy and tact
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
    • Proficiency with Microsoft products and agency systems
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as written skills
    • Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
    • Commitment to work through projects to completion
    • Strong reasoning skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages multiple projects while meeting timelines
    • Some travel required
