    What You’ll Do

    The Account Manager will actively participate in the team consisting of Bond Manager, Account Representative and other Account Managers in coordinating and providing IMA services to our surety clients.


    • Responsible for processing all new and renewal bonds, invoicing, and reporting bonds to surety. Basic contract review and communication of review to clients as needed for accurate bond execution and processing.
    • Responsible for account servicing needs, including riders, consents of surety, bonding letters, etc.
    • Accountable for maintaining account files including financial and bond files, SurePath database and
    • Set and maintain follow up for contracts, financial statements, bank letters, work in progress schedules and other pertinent underwriting information.
    • Work with SAMII+ or AE in analyzing underwriting detail, and utilizing department standards to facilitate the underwriting and reporting of accounts to the surety company.
    • Actively support the team by participating in the completion of all duties required to complete a project and service an account.

    You Should Have:

    • Six months or more of similar experience, Bachelor's degree preferred. 

    • Must have and maintain or obtain P&C License.
    • Detail oriented with strong math, oral and written communication skills. 

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a close team. 
    • A desire to be an active and constant learner. 
    • Highest level of accountability and integrity.
