    What You’ll Do

    As a Certificate Unit Technician you will actively participate in the department by assisting the Processing and Servicing Account Managers in coordinating and providing IMA services to our commercial clients.

    • Responsible for issuing all daily and renewal certificates of insurance for the Commercial Lines Teams and filing all supporting documentation in ImageRight.
    • Prepare renewal certificate packets for the Servicing Account Mangers.
    • Assist with special projects and reports as requested by the Account Executive, Servicing and/or Processing Account Managers. (to include but not limited to entry of large schedules, processing returned certificates, copy projects, updating Sagitta information, etc.)
    • Actively support the team(s) by completing all duties assigned to complete a project and service an account, including serving as a backup to policy booking when needed.

    You Should Have:

    • Six months to two years of similar or related experience
    • An Associate’s Degree or experience equivalent to a degree (Bachelor’s Preferred)
    • Excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to present and articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
    • Strong attention to detail
    • The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
    • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other programs
    • Must obtain property and casualty license for state of business.

    • The willingness to complete additional duties and take on additional responsibilities as the need arises
