    What You’ll Do

    Signature Select is the premier provider of customized and innovative insurance solutions for small businesses and individuals.As a Commercial Client Assistant you will actively participate in a team by assisting the Client Advisors in coordinating and providing Signature Select services to our commercial clients.    

     

    General Job Duties Include:

    • Prepare and issue renewal and on-demand certificates of insurance.
    • Process policies, endorsements, and audits, including invoicing agency bill items.
    • Prepare policies for delivery to insured.
    • Prepare paper documents to be scanned and file attachments within agency management system.
    • Assist with the renewal process: prepare pre-renewal documents and request loss runs from insurance carriers.
    • Issue auto ID cards.
    • Request policy endorsements.
    • Maintain account files in Epic data base.
    • Assist with resolving direct bill premium discrepancy issues as needed.
    • Actively support the team by participating in the completion of all duties required to complete a project and service an account.

     

    You Should Have:

    • At least three years of similar or related experience
    • Education that is equivalent to a college degree (College Degree Preferred)
    • A Property and Casualty license required for state of business and will fulfill continuing education requirements to retain the license
    • Industry class experience to include Commercial Lines products
    • The ability to interpret insurance documents
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong Math skills
    • Strong common sense and ability to handle standard situations, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in computer skills and programs such as Microsoft Office
    • The willingness to complete additional duties and take on additional responsibility as the need arises
