    What You’ll Do

    As an Account Analyst you will actively participate in team consisting of an Account Executive, Account Analyst and Account Manager in coordinating and providing IMA services to our clients, continually seeking ways to improve processes.

    • Marketing: Prepares RFP's and proposals with minimal guidance.
    • Analysis: Organizes quotes as they are received and initiates quote review based upon cost, network and benefits.   Prepares comparisons.

    • Renewal Process: Initiates the renewal process. Requests data from the carriers and clients. Prepares renewal documents with minimal guidance.
    • Claims Reporting: Orders claims reports from carriers to analyze data. Makes recommendation to Benefits Consultant. Orders, inputs and begins to analyze information from claims analysis software.
    • Systems Maintenance: Inputs and updates agency systems and electronic files.
    • Accounts Receivable: Completes commission worksheet and revenue tracking form independently. Submits to Benefits Consultant for review. Monitors and ensures commissions received are as expected and researches discrepancies.
    • Contract review and other projects as needed

    You Should Have:

    • Two+ years of similar or related experience
    • Minimum of a two-year degree (Bachelor’s Preferred)
    • Excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to present and articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
    • Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data and can clearly communicate ideas in a concise manner
    • The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
    • Demonstrated the commitment to work through projects to completion
    • The ability to be persuasive while maintaining good relationships
    • A high degree of tact and diplomacy with the ability to maintain confidentiality
    • A state Life and Health license and will fulfill continuing education requirements to retain licensing
    • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other programs
    • The willingness to complete additional duties and take on additional responsibilities as the need arises
