    What You’ll Do

    As the National Property Broker, you will be the national expert and resource for broking teams in all IMA markets.  Responsibility will include assisting with program design, marketing and servicing larger more complex property clients.  In addition to this role with clients, you will support new business acquisitions of prospects with larger property schedules.  Finally, you will be responsible for managing the relations with IMA’s key trading partners’ property leaders globally.


    Experience and Knowledge You Will Bring to This Role

    • Servicing and marketing large, complex, domestic and international property schedules
    • Single carrier programs
    • Shared and Layered programs (including fronting & reinsurance)
    • Active in US, London, Europe and Bermuda markets
    • Major industries include energy, real estate, manufacturing
    • Superior coverage expertise

    You Should Have:

    • 10 years of experience with at least five years of experience marketing large property placements
    • Proven ability to professionally communicate with clients through presentations, personal conversations, and written statements.
    • Highest level of attention to detail
    • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to provide creative problem-solving solutions
    • Ability and desire to work collaboratively with local service teams
    • Ability to travel as needed
    • Strong knowledge of the NFIP and wind pools (i.e. TWIA), as well as the universe of real estate programs that exist (i.e. STRATA, etc.) would be ideal.  Additional knowledge of Ocean Cargo/Transit and Builder’s Risk is also desirable.
