    What You’ll Do

    Responsible for the oversight and direction of the “Business” Commercial Lines & “Individual” Personal Lines Client Advisors, including but not limited to compliance with workflow and customer service standards as well as employee development and performance management. 



    • Ultimately responsible for all workflow and customer service standards compliance for both Business and Individual Service Teams
    • Direct the onboarding of new clients by collaborating with marketing/production
    • Manage a book of business and build relationships with clients.
    • Strategic assignment and reassignment of business with Client Advisors, as needed throughout the year, contemplating growth, shifts in service center business and development of associate knowledge / expertise and opportunity
    • Provide leadership to team members through consistent meetings to provide ongoing training and development opportunities; recognize opportunities for growth; assist in their expansion of industry knowledge to better serve our clients
    • Drive results through the support of strategic initiatives
    • Work closely with the Market Leader to support and develop agency relationships
    • Communicate carrier programs and changes with staff
    • Responsible for carrier visits and scheduling
    • Troubleshooting online carrier platforms
    • Ownership of service center relationships by market (I.e., Denver)
    • Foster positive working relationships with Clients, Producers, and Client Advisor teams 
    • Responsible for day-to-day coaching and management / supervision of team including client issues, carrier issues, accounting issues, PTO approval, performance reviews, time cards, back-up plans, EPIC metrics for measuring processes/procedures, etc. 
    • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. 
    • Serve as gatekeeper for complaints / challenges (client, producer, marketing, etc.) or E&O related matters
    • Actively participate in IMA Select management meetings

    You Should Have:


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Property & Casualty License Required
    • 5 to 10 years of insurance industry experience 
    • Prior management experience with demonstrated ability to drive results in a team-oriented workplace
