Interns at IMA are a big deal. Don’t think you’re going to sit in the back room and enter data all day. Our interns create client facing materials, analyze company wide reports, attend vendor meetings, and some travel to other offices and client sites. When the summer is over, they had a professionally bound book highlighting their experiences. And it’s paid!
As an Employee Benefits Intern, you will be introduced to IMA and how we counsel our client on medical plans, employee engagement, financial planning and more. You will have the chance to partner with multiple teams over the course of a 10-12-week program.
