IMA's Risk Control group is currently seeking a Project Specialist to join our team in Overland Park, KS! A successful applicant must possess self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be technology savvy.    Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Research, compose, develop layouts, edit, publish, and distribute Risk Control newsletter and other communication pieces - Assist with development and maintenance of the IMA Risk Control Training Academy including maintaining communication with the marketing team, risk control and team leaders, and internal contacts regarding class schedule, advertising to clients, hosting, and other associated responsibilities for in person classes and webbings - Execute new recruiting, onboarding, and training strategies in conjunction with Operations Manager and Team Leaders - Reinforce national Risk Control practice across all regions, office, and specialities - Oversee software utilization, understand operating functions, and provide administrative support as needed - Work in conjunction with Risk Control Consultants to develop presentations for assessments, stewardship reports, training classes and renewals - Administer online training tools such as the Risk Management Center, remotely train clients, and assist with client questions on Risk Control services - Monitor and coordinate all projects and contract renewals for Risk Control including scheduling, communications, contract setup, document preparation, tracking recommendations, and develop service plan exhibits - Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values - Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
