  IMA Wealth specializes in providing wealth management and retirement plan consulting services to individuals, families and corporations.  Our goal at IMA Wealth is to become a trusted financial professional by providing valuable, long-term, goals-based services to our clients, their employees and their families.  The Wealth Management Advisor continuously expands the client base for IMA Wealth by building relationships with perspective clients throughout the community.    Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   - Identify, pursue and sell wealth management services to individuals, families and small businesses. - Maintain working relationship with internal and external referral sources - Use consultative sales approach to identify prospect needs and offer custom solution - Manage existing client relationships to ensure investments line up with their goals - Design and present comprehensive financial plans to address retirement, tax, estate planning, risk management and more. - Develop an understanding of IMA Wealth’s investment philosophy and strategy - Work collaboratively with an investment team and client service professionals to provide a consistent client experience - Support IMA’s core values and become an integral part of the IMA Wealth team
