IMA Wealth is looking to add a Retirement Plan Analyst to our growing team of experienced professionals. This role will be a valuable member of our Retirement Plan Advisory Team and primarily support our Private Equity and M&A practice.
IMA's Private Equity and M&A Practice provides a broad scope of commercial insurance, employee benefits and retirement consulting services designed to assist buyers and target companies throughout the lifecycle of an M&A transaction. We serve a variety of financial sponsors including private equity funds, family offices and strategic buyers. Our comprehensive, informational, and consultative analysis provides investors, executive leaders, and HR teams the insight they need to make informed decisions.
Working in collaboration with our Retirement Team leadership, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values
- Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
- Interact professionally and timely with both internal and external clients via email, phone, virtual and in-person meetings
- Coordinate with the Project Manager on timeline, process, and deliverables
- Participate throughout all aspects of the assigned projects.
- Access virtual data rooms and other resources to obtain all necessary information and documents
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Preparation of Retirement Program Due Diligence Reviews which include, but not limited to:
- Inventory of all retirement programs
- Preparation of an executive summary of findings
- Prepare a detailed review of provisions for each program, Including:
- Plan health comparison against peer group benchmarksTotal cost analysis and fee benchmark
- Portfolio analysis including weighted investment expense, excess returns analysis, and portfolio construction
- Comprehensive compliance and fiduciary governance review, when applicable
- Recommendations for resolving any material issues such as compliance gaps
IMA Select is adding a Personal Lines Producer to our growing team. IMA Select focuses on insurance solutions for small businesses and individuals. Through personal relationships with our clients and carriers, we offer coverages and pricing not commonly found with other brokers and agents.
Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
- Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
- Prospects and qualifies new accounts which meet the IMA Select criteria
- Identifies target audience and builds a pipeline of prospects and centers of influence meetingthat criteria
- Gathers and organizesappropriate informationrequired to prepare marketing submissions to insurance carriers
- Enters key information into and updates the Agency CRM throughout the sales process
- Using a consultative sales approach, leads and conducts proposals for successful individuals and families
- Develops centers of influence and leads source partners through networking and marketing to realtors, mortgage brokers, wealth managers, financial planners, community involvement, etc.
- Responsibility for the overall growth of individual book of business through new and existing client relationships
- Develops an annual business plan to meet the established premium and revenue goals as established with market leader
- Developsinto a trusted advisor to educate and advise clients and prospects
- Identifies and coordinates cross selling opportunities within IMA
- Maintains professional conduct and manner that represents IMA and IMA Select in the community
