  - Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values. - Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates. - Handles escalated claim issues for all clients timely and efficiently. - Able to document all interactions with members via internal processes. - Able to participate in client meetings such as health fairs and open enrollment. - Able to develop an understanding of enrollment systems to advise employees and front-line team of proper protocols. - Able to develop an understanding of benefit policies and can educate members on how their plans work. - Assists AM team during open enrollment to answer member questions. - Works with Employee Education Lead to create employee education content flyers and presentations. - Understands HIPAA and communicates with members in compliant methods. - Interacts professionally and timely with Employee Benefits Team via email, phone, and in-person. - Monitors and prioritizes workload, taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions with strong attention to detail. - Supports Account Managers and entire team by completing tasks and activities with the ability to report on current workflow in a timely manner. - Performs special projects as assigned.
